| Content | Diclofenac is a phenylacetic acid derivative and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).Label NSAIDs inhibit cyclooxygenase (COX)-1 and-2 which are the enzyme responsible for producing prostaglandins (PGs). PGs contribute to inflammation and pain signalling. Diclofenac, like other NSAIDs, is often used as first line therapy for acute and chronic pain and inflammation from a variety of causes. | This medicine is used in the management of muscular and skeletal disorder pain, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthrosis, ankylosing spondylitis (arthritis affecting joints of spine), acute gout (complex form of arthritis with extreme pain and swelling of joints) and chronic juvenile arthritis (arthritis in children). | Nuberol Forte® (Paracetamol 650 mg + Orphenadrine 50 mg) for the symptomatic management of the painful musculoskeletal disorders one tablet three times a day or as per physician discretion or as per severity of pain and treatment duration is 7-10 days. | A drug that is used to treat the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and is being studied in the prevention and treatment of some types of skin cancer. It blocks substances that cause inflammation and pain. It may also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow.
