| Content | Diclofenac is a phenylacetic acid derivative and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).Label NSAIDs inhibit cyclooxygenase (COX)-1 and-2 which are the enzyme responsible for producing prostaglandins (PGs). PGs contribute to inflammation and pain signalling. Diclofenac, like other NSAIDs, is often used as first line therapy for acute and chronic pain and inflammation from a variety of causes. | This medicine is used in the management of muscular and skeletal disorder pain, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthrosis, ankylosing spondylitis (arthritis affecting joints of spine), acute gout (complex form of arthritis with extreme pain and swelling of joints) and chronic juvenile arthritis (arthritis in children). | The Sustain Release tablet form of diclofenac is used to reduce pain, swelling (inflammation), and joint stiffness from arthritis. | Nuberol Forte® (Paracetamol 650 mg + Orphenadrine 50 mg) for the symptomatic management of the painful musculoskeletal disorders one tablet three times a day or as per physician discretion or as per severity of pain and treatment duration is 7-10 days. | Diclofenac is indicated for use in the treatment of pain and inflammation from varying sources including inflammatory conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis, as well as injury-related inflammation due to surgery and physical trauma. | Orphenadrine citrate is a skeletal muscle relaxant. It acts in the central nervous system to produce muscle relaxant effects. Paracetamol is used to treat or prevent pain and reduce fever. |
