ContentEtoposide is a podophyllotoxin derivative used to treat testicular and small cell lung tumors. Trastuzumab, sold under the brand name Herceptin among others, is a monoclonal antibody used to treat breast cancer and stomach cancer. It is specifically used for cancer that is HER2 receptor positive. It may be used by itself or together with other chemotherapy medication.Exemestane is used to treat early breast cancer in women who have experienced menopause ('change of life'; end of monthly menstrual periods).Trastuzumab is a monoclonal anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 protein antibody used to treat HER2-positive breast, gastroesophageal, and gastric cancers.Doxorubicin is a type of chemotherapy drug called an anthracycline. It slows or stops the growth of cancer cells by blocking an enzyme called topo isomerase 2. Cancer cells need this enzyme to divide and grow. Bicalutamide belongs to the group of medicines called antiandrogens. It works by blocking the effects of testosterone (a male hormone), which helps stop the growth and spread of cancer cells.
