| Content | Nimesulide is a non-selective non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is used to treat: acute (short-term) pain, painful osteoarthritis (swelling in the joints) , primary dysmenorrhoea (period pains). | Orphenadrine citrate is a skeletal muscle relaxant. It acts in the central nervous system to produce muscle relaxant effects. Paracetamol is used to treat or prevent pain and reduce fever. | Mefenamic acid is a member of the anthranilic acid derivatives class of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and is used to treat mild to moderate pain. Its name derives from its systematic name, dimethylphenyl aminobenzoic acid. | Diclofenac is a phenylacetic acid derivative and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).Label NSAIDs inhibit cyclooxygenase (COX)-1 and-2 which are the enzyme responsible for producing prostaglandins (PGs). PGs contribute to inflammation and pain signalling. Diclofenac, like other NSAIDs, is often used as first line therapy for acute and chronic pain and inflammation from a variety of causes. | Amlodipine is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat high blood pressure in adults and children 6 years and older.
