| Content | Nimesulide is a non-selective non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is used to treat: acute (short-term) pain, painful osteoarthritis (swelling in the joints) , primary dysmenorrhoea (period pains). | Diclofenac is a phenylacetic acid derivative and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).Label NSAIDs inhibit cyclooxygenase (COX)-1 and-2 which are the enzyme responsible for producing prostaglandins (PGs). PGs contribute to inflammation and pain signalling. Diclofenac, like other NSAIDs, is often used as first line therapy for acute and chronic pain and inflammation from a variety of causes. | The Sustain Release tablet form of diclofenac is used to reduce pain, swelling (inflammation), and joint stiffness from arthritis. | Dexibuprofen Tablets are used to relieve: - pain and inflammation caused by osteoarthritis/ arthritis (joint inflammation, joint wear and tear); - period (menstrual) pain; - mild to moderate pain, such as musculoskeletal pain, headache and toothache; painful swelling and inflammation after injury | Amlodipine, sold under the brand name Norvasc among others, is a calcium channel blocker medication used to treat high blood pressure and coronary artery disease. It is taken by mouth. | Orphenadrine citrate is a skeletal muscle relaxant. It acts in the central nervous system to produce muscle relaxant effects. Paracetamol is used to treat or prevent pain and reduce fever. |
