Ondansetron has excellent utility as an antiemetic drug, and it is effective against nausea and vomiting of various etiologies.Etoposide is a podophyllotoxin derivative used to treat testicular and small cell lung tumors. Exemestane is used to treat early breast cancer in women who have experienced menopause ('change of life'; end of monthly menstrual periods).Bleomycin has approval for adult use in treating squamous cell cancer of head and neck regions, Hodgkin's lymphoma, testicular carcinoma. It is also used as a sclerosing agent for malignant pleural effusions.Doxorubicin is a type of chemotherapy drug called an anthracycline. It slows or stops the growth of cancer cells by blocking an enzyme called topo isomerase 2. Cancer cells need this enzyme to divide and grow.
