ContentAprepitant is a medication used to manage and treat chemotherapy- induced nausea and vomiting and postoperative nausea and vomiting.Amlodipine is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat high blood pressure in adults and children 6 years and older. It is typically administered in combination with fluorouracil and leucovorin in a combination known as Folfox for the treatment of colorectal cancer. Compared to cisplatin the two amine groups are replaced by cyclohexyldiamine for improved antitumour activity. The chlorine ligands are replaced by the oxalato bidentate derived from oxalic acid in order to improve water solubility.Amlodipine is in a class of medications called calcium channel blockers. It lowers blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels so the heart does not have to pump as hard. It controls chest pain by increasing the supply of blood to the heart
