| Content | Adrenaline, also known as epinephrine, is a hormone and medication which is involved in regulating visceral functions. It appears as a white microcrystalline granule. Adrenaline is normally produced by the adrenal glands and by a small number of neurons in the medulla oblongata. | Carboplatin is a platinum-containing chemotherapy medicine, which belongs to the alkylating agents group of medicines. It is used to treat various cancers. It prevents growth of cancerous cells by damaging their DNA that aids in its proliferation.

| Oxaliplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapy drug in the same family as cisplatin and carboplatin. It is typically administered in combination with fluorouracil and leucovorin in a combination known as Folfox for the treatment of colorectal cancer. Compared to cisplatin the two amine groups are replaced by cyclohexyldiamine for improved antitumour activity.
