| Content | Aminophylline is used to prevent and treat wheezing, shortness of breath, and difficulty breathing caused by asthma, chronic bronchitis. | Promethazine is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting related to certain conditions (such as before/after surgery, motion sickness).
