It works by blocking your body's production of certain natural substances that cause inflammation. | Oxaliplatin is a platinum based chemotherapy agent used to treat carcinoma of the colon or rectum or stage III colon cancer. | Mefenamic acid is a member of the anthranilic acid derivatives class of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and is used to treat mild to moderate pain.
