Content | Doxorubicin is a medication used to treat various cancers, including AIDS-associated Kaposi's Sarcoma and metastatic cancers.
Doxorubicin is a cytotoxic anthracycline antibiotic isolated from cultures of Streptomyces peucetius var. caesius along side with daunorubicin, another cytotoxic agent.
